Discipline: Little Learners is a fun place to learn. To ensure that it is also a safe place to learn, we have set expectations and consequences. Seldom do we need to remove a student from his/her classroom. However, we will not allow any behavior which may harm another student or prevent anyone from learning. When necessary, students will receive a brief supervised separation from the group (a minute per age). In addition, positive methods of discipline and guidance that encourage self-esteem, self-control, and self-direction such as praise, encouragement, and positive statements will be practiced by all staff members.
